Jay9bdt Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules Governing Membership and Use of Services

Jay9bdt is an international online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. The platform operates under an international gaming license, and all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In this document, "we," "us," or "jay9bdt" refers to the company operating the platform. "You" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered user.

These Terms & Conditions are published in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative. jay9bdt reserves the right to amend these terms at any time — members will be notified of any changes via email or SMS.

Jay9bdt's services are strictly for users aged 18 and over. We take this seriously and reserve the right to verify age by checking a valid NID or passport.

To register an account with jay9bdt, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old and permitted to participate in online betting under the laws applicable in your country.
• At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.
• Each individual may open one account only. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• Jay9bdt may request your NID, passport, or driving licence at any time for identity verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
• Two members of the same household may open separate accounts; however, if two accounts are operated from the same IP address or device, a verification process will be initiated.

If you need to update any information provided at registration, please contact live support. Date of birth cannot be changed.

Jay9bdt currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. This page will be updated if new methods are added in the future.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• The maximum single deposit limit is ৳2,00,000 (two lakh BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. In some cases, bank transfers may take 1–2 hours.
• No charges are applied on deposits by jay9bdt. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own fees — jay9bdt is not responsible for such charges.
• Deposits originating from a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.

The following conditions must be met before winnings can be withdrawn:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• KYC (identity verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal — you will need to upload a photo of your NID or passport.
• Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the deposit (e.g., if you deposited via bKash, withdrawal must also be to bKash).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. If verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawal requests may be held until the applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 (five hundred thousand BDT). VIP members are entitled to a higher limit.

If jay9bdt suspects fraudulent activity, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Should the investigation clear you of any wrongdoing, funds will be released promptly.

Jay9bdt offers a variety of bonuses and vouchers, each with its own terms as stated on the relevant offer page. However, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• After receiving a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• It is generally not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time — each bonus must be completed before the next one can be activated.
• Once a bonus expires, it is automatically forfeited.
• Jay9bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer at its discretion — though bonuses that have already been claimed are generally not affected.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must register using your code and make a minimum deposit of ৳500.

Jay9bdt offers a wide range of betting options including Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots. The following general rules apply to all types of betting:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — though a Cash Out option may be available in certain Sports markets.
• All slots and table games use internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Results are entirely random with no predetermined patterns.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, jay9bdt's decision on any partially completed bets shall be final.
• Odds in Sports Betting may change at any time. The odds in effect at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that will apply.
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. If a match is postponed and later played, a decision will be made in accordance with jay9bdt's policy.
• Bets placed after an event has ended due to a live broadcast delay may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited for all jay9bdt members:

• Multiple Accounts: No individual may operate more than one account. If multiple accounts are suspected, all accounts involved will be subject to investigation.
• Bonus Abuse: Providing false information to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting), or exploiting vulnerabilities in the system.
• Identity Fraud: Opening an account under someone else's name or using a false identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal money processing. jay9bdt strictly adheres to international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.
• Technical Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Hacking or System Attacks: Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems.

An account may be closed by either you or jay9bdt.

Closed by you: You can close your account at any time by contacting us via live chat or email. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any available balance. You may also opt for self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Closed by jay9bdt: jay9bdt may suspend or permanently close an account due to rule violations, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. In the case of a temporary suspension, the reason will be communicated and an opportunity to appeal will be provided.

If your account is closed, you retain the right to withdraw any valid withdrawable balance, unless fraud has been established.

Jay9bdt is not liable for the following:

• If a game or bet is disrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Transaction delays or failures on the part of your mobile banking provider.
• Loss or damage resulting from issues with third-party software or hardware.
• If your account password falls into someone else's hands, the responsibility lies entirely with you.

Jay9bdt's maximum liability shall in no case exceed your deposited balance. Participation in gambling is entirely your own decision — jay9bdt will not compensate for any losses incurred.

Jay9bdt may update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS, and the date of the latest update will be noted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
